The National Retail Federation (NRF) is the world’s largest retail trade association, responsible for celebrating, educating, and inspiring anyone involved in the industry. Their vast resources include insights and reports that reflect the problems that many brands face dealing with consumer behavior, including high return rates and rising returns fraud.

This year LiquiDonate was featured in the invite-only NRF Innovation Lab to showcase our solutions for brands and retailers of all categories and sizes. As a part of this exhibit of future-forward tech solutions, we showcased our Magic Match and Self-Serve opportunities for returns and liquidations.

We were excited to meet companies from all over the world that are interested in a more sustainable solution to excess. While the weather remained chilly and snowy in the wintry New York City, we had many warm conversations and made new connections with attendees and exhibitors throughout the conference and expo over a busy three days. We’re looking forward to expanding our reach with new donors, whether they be in fashion, grocery, technology, and more, and finding a new home for every item.
