LiquiDonate Growth
Through a solutions suite tackling returns, liquidation, and conference donations, we donated 2,040,530 items, equaling 954,689 pounds diverted from landfills. We are now up to 11 million items donated all time!
In 2024, the total fair market value of this year’s donations is over $97 million from 68 retail and brand donors.
Our network of circularity partners receiving goods reached new heights this year. We’re now available in 1,507 cities across all 50 states to serve our network of 3,922 nonprofits and schools.
Our Recipients
In-kind donations of products are pivotal to a nonprofit's success, especially amid the challenges of navigating stretched budgets. We move goods directly to those in need through the Circularity Shop and Magic Matches. Here are some of our favorite stories shared by recipients:

Your thoughtful contribution means the world to us and will undoubtedly make a significant impact on the success of our event, All Paws for a Cause Dog Walk for Breast Cancer Prevention. These dog beds will not only enhance the comfort of our furry participants but also contribute to the overall enjoyment of the day for both pets and their owners.
The pallet we received will be good for us for a while! Bras are one of those things that rarely gets donated to us so we really welcome that kind of item.
You might not fully realize it, but the impact of your support has been incredibly positive. A heartfelt thank you for your exceptional support – it means a lot to us! These will be enough for all our supported living locations through the Bay Area.
Our Team
We couldn’t have done it without our amazing team behind the scenes. We offer each employee paid volunteer time to support organizations and causes of their choice. Our tradition of volunteering when our remote team meets in person also continued. This year each employee was given a total of 24 hours to volunteer. Our mission is to accelerate the world’s transition to a circular economy.
In 2023, the returned merchandise in the US amounted to nearly $744 billion. In e-commerce specifically, 2.6 million returns end up in landfills. Overproduction each year also results in waste, with unsold inventory that is landfilled, burned, or buried in warehouses worth $28 billion.
LiquiDonate is here to address these issues sustainably by rerouting goods to those in need. Our platform ensures a more efficient distribution of items within a local community to optimize impact and minimize return logistics costs. By streamlining how unsellable inventory is handled, we also unlock significant tax benefits for donors.
